16g/18g or 14g 316L steel internally threaded synthetic opal replacement balls. Use with internally threaded steel jewelry posts with the matching gauge size. 16g/ 18g ends fit 16g or 18g posts and 14g replacement ends fit 14g, 12g and 10g posts.
Add a pop of color and customize your piercing with opal ball replacement end available in 3mm, 4mm and 5mm sizes and a variety of colors! (Please note that 3mm is available in 16g/18g only and 5mm is available in 14g only.
