When Might You Choose to Use a Surface Bar?
A surface bar is used by piercers looking to follow the contour of the skin, and are most successful in areas of minimal motion. They can often be found on the nape of the neck, the anti-eyebrow, chest, hip areas and more.
Different Rises for Different Bodies
Metal Mafia carries many different rises (the height that the legs protrude away from the main bar) so you can find the best fit for each type of surface piercing you are doing, and also take into account the specific anatomy of the client you are piercing. Rises are available in 2mm and 2.5mm.
