14G threadless Titanium nipple barbell with bezel set gem ends and chain drop  with 3 bezel set gems along the chain.  Threalless pins are 25g and compatible with most companies.  If 9/16" is too short you can easily swap to a longer size.  Choose from AB, Clear or pink gems.  Fully autoclavable but not recomended for initial piercings as the chain can add unneccessary trama to the piercing.
